Yesterday was incredible. 

A total solar eclipse like we experienced in Montreal brings a brief moment of darkness. In business, especially in sourcing, there are many moments of darkness or uncertainty: 

1. Finding, vetting, and communicating with factories 

2. Putting in your first, or your fiftieth purchase order

3. Getting a not-so-good inspection report back 

4. Learning your much-needed shipment will be delayed 

5. Experiencing a cash crunch and being unsure you’ll pay for your next order

And the list goes on… 

But here’s the thing about darkness—it never lasts. In my darkest moments, whether in business or life, I always knew the sun would rise again.
